The response from the right wing media after bruz was to double down on identity politics. The problem is, many on the left will be more outraged by alleged racism in the headline than the actual corruption uncovered.

If ever there was a case to show how the mainstream media contorts something they don't agree with it's the Bruz video and their reporting of it. The bias in general is horrific - we have a federal opposition but when was the last time they got any airtime? The only focus has been to demonise state Labor leaders and whitewash the truth about all the federal and state Liberal parties failings, even going so far as to try and turn successes into perceived failures (ie success of lockdown in Victoria on Covid-19 spread). The slander from mainstream media to you is only going to intensify but I love the fact you wear it with pride and your team have the balls to continue the good work you're doing.

I feel it's good to be across the narrative of various media perspectives. Not to agree with them all, but to know. To say "I only read one side", the problem with this is Murdoch readers who think the same, there's no foot in the door. Like how I read ex Liberal PM autobiographies AND those of Labor. Back to Liberal Party autobiographies.... Turnbull's chapter on Trump is hilarious. His chapter on China is insightful, his option on Murdoch is aligned with Friendlyjordies and Rudd's..... when talking to friends on "the right", this is helpful to know.

Just signed up, been showing your videos to everyone I can and using your talking points. This content has encouraged me to learn a lot more about how our political system works. I think that as long as all of us at least challenge regurgitated political headlines with questions and solid counterpoints (which these videos provide ample information). That people can be one over, I've seen it happen. Used to be an Evangelist many years ago, it's more important to have an answer, if you can make someone doubt they will listen.

I know this comment is going to hurt some heads. I have a friend of my ex husband on Facebook still. He claims to be a close friend of Cory Bernardi ( you know the type straightaway), he worked on his campaign a few years back. Anyway I keep him around to watch his pop off into another dimension when I post your videos. I posted the #Bruz video he comment in all caps “ THIS IS NOT ABOUT KOALAS THIS IS ABOUT DESTROYING THE LOGGING INDUSTRY THE LEFT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!” Once I finished dying of laughter, I went to his page and he had a clip from 2GB saying just that. This is actually what they are trying to spin this into. My head hurts. And my heart a little too.

I love the mental image of a whole bunch of Aussie mums watching that story air and saying "oh that's just awful".
