Cenobie is a unique kind of reaper of souls, she can feel the true desires of humans, the ones held most deeply and secretly inside their psyche and she uses those desires to bargain with the mortals. First, she appears and offers them their trivial wish: popularity, beauty, money, but only for a little while, after that, they will be struck with misfortune after misfortune until they have nothing left, then Cenobie will appear to them again, their ‘savior’, to fulfill their greedy desires once more, but still for only a little while and when they lose everything for the second time they will call Cenobie themselves, and by inviting her into their lives they allow her to collect their soul for herself and take them to her lair where pain and pleasure go side by side for all eternity.
