D&D&F Scenario 3 Results!

Ohh! We will have our first real battle this time! I am so excited!!

I don't think Greg agrees with me tho... oh well, not that he can do anything about it now... Anyway! Gather around! Let the Dice roll coz it's time for more DDF!

We will get everyone's solo action out of the way first and then, for the last part I will do something unique! It will be a group effort to reach the last double door so everyone's dice result will stack up and you either Succeed as a team or fail as a whole!

Ohh! we are starting with Mirela this time! And already Greg is proving to be very useful! Or at least what has left of him is...

Hmm You have a very good source to deal a lot of damage, I don't think these little ones would give Mirela much trouble, give me a 12 and Mirela's Blood Magic will cut through some of their ranks and allow her to protect the team and call the monster's attention to herself!

Now the second roll will be for the enemy attack!

ANOTHER 20! I never thought it would be possible!

Three of the creatures jump in front of you, they are confident you will be as easy a target as you dead friend.

You succeed in parrying their attack with blood spikes that rose from the ground around you, it impaled one of them, they weren't expecting it and now the other two became wary of Mirela's movement but it's already too late! Mirela made a blade of blood and finished off the second one! Unfortunately tho, the other one lost interest in this fight and got away!

Demon! It's your turn!

Wait...! You will take them on by yourself? Well, gladly Mirela's headcount is at 2 already so it will help your endeavor.

It doesn't seem like your friends want to you to risk your own safety for the sake of the group and I for one respect their wishes! Taylor is stading beside you for this fight and Mirela is right behind you guys protecting the other members and ready to support you both too!

Even so, Demon, you are big and the creatures surely notice they will need a joint effort to take you down! For that fact you should roll a 15, but because you have your friends backing you up I will require 10!

Now, the second Roll for the Enemy Attack!

Two creatures leap at you at the same time! Oof! That was too close to comfort! But it's ok! you can do it! 

Mirela is alert because she rolled high enough for both of you so as one of the creatures jumped at you she takes them down with a blood-dart well aimed at it's skull!

You defend from the creatures and counter-attacks, others comes at you and DemonKnight couldn't avoid taking a bit of damage! (DemonKnights got -3HP)

Although, it may seem like a difficult fight you see a light of hope as the enemies are getting fewer and fewer with each attack!

Taylor is a smart dood, he putted himself in the best position for attacks of opportunity, behind the tank and with the support/damage dealer at her "weapons" range!

It would not be difficult for Taylor as the sly dood he is to succeed in this fight, give me a 6 and you shall be rewarded with your enemies' dead bodies!!

Ohh! I wouldn't accept any other result! But We still have to see what the Enemy Roll will be! 

Hmm... So:  More of the creatures are encircling Demonknight, they are really focused on this big armored guy and Taylor sees the opportunity to throw some of his daggers from behind his friend! The creatures doesn't seem too smart for they are totally falling for this trick! Taylor was able to finish off some enemies and is still holding his position, signalizing for his friend Hops who is way in the back-row where o throw his bombs!

Although, when he turned to tell Hops where to drop his bombs another creature jumped at him! Gladly, DemonKnight was close  and were able to protect Taylor at the cost of some Hit Points!

Hops! You have Taylor's signal an knows exactly where to hit the enemy lines! Your arms are small but flexible give me a 9 and you shall succeed in your bombing mission!

And we will throw the Second Dice for the Monster Attack too!

Ohh interesting! Protected in the back row by not one but 3 of his friends and in all his eagerness to help Hops fired a WHOLE LOT of bombs everywhere!

It was bull's eyes on a lot of enemies some weren't even in Hops 's line of sight! When all the dust settled in was only you and your friends standing, gladly none of you bomb hit them! Watch out for next time tho for the friendly fire is real!

Although, you failed in determining how many bombs were too many bombs and some of the fauna and flora around Hops suffered deeply from his explosive attack! 

Cory... ohh Cory! It's your turn now! But before we start let me tell you that, as requested by a higher power, I have decided that if you roll a 1 you will go down to 1 HP! I would tell you to choose your actions carefully but let's be real, it doesn't matter all that much when you have one 1 HP left!

look on the bright-side! Then we will see if you friends want you to die as much as Your Master and me or if they actually enjoy your company and want to have you around!

Nice idea right? So, let's just roll it now and take it out of the way!

Your fight? Well... You are using the "Hide" ability just like Edward on Final Fantasy IV so I don't think there is much else going on, I find it more interesting to see if you will be almost dead by Lady Luck or not!

You all follow the path and now, the part I am most excited about!! YOUR JOINT EFFORT! YAY!!!

Mirela, Demon and Taylor all want to finish off the poor small fries who were assigned to guard-duty today swiftly to avoid them alerting the others that your team is here! After that, Demon and Taylor will try and look for something to help them deal with the big door so they can run to the aid of the kidnapped people at once.

Mirela will be a d12

DemonKnight you will be a d8

and Taylor you are the d10

I will throw the 3 dices and sum up the results to decide if you guys will be happy in your plan or not!

Ohh! Nice! 

Your team is successful in finishing off the guards before anything can happen, you weren't the most quiet about it is since Mirela decided to fire ball one of the guards away! But the couple of other creatures that came by were easily delt with by Taylor's sly-doodnessess! His dexterity really paid off! Inside the small tunnels Demon found three other creatures but because of the narrow pathway they could only attack one at time so it worked in favor of Demon who finished them off!

You guys doesn't find anything too useful for your small raid into the enemy lair inside the sheds, is seems more like day to day stuff they stole from the townspeople but Demon and Taylor were able to find 1 Fen Coin Each! It seems these monsters know the true value of those if they are stealing it!

Taylor also wanted Hops to make an explosive and inspired by Mirela's Fire Ball our little green slime get a bit too excited about it!

Hops will be a d20

Taylor will still be a d10

And we will add the bonus of +2 for Mirela's being the role model of exploding stuff with fire earlier.

Give me a 15! 

Gladly for you all, we are playing D&D&F where the Freyja Factor is as important as the dice you roll! 

Oh! By the way, Cory is not really part of this Blast it all Up-endeavor but his dice is a d4! So let me just roll it real quick to see if I have a surprise for him at the end!

Why it doesn't surprise me?

OMG! It was amazing! It takes a bit, so much so that Cory, being the skeptic he is goes on to do his own bidding, he doesn't believe it will work but Hops makes a big and colorful bomb with some stuff from his bag! Taylor is a bit worried it might be too much tho... But there isn't much time to ponder it anymore as Hops have already lighted it up!

On a side note: Cory was able to pass through every single trap and monster, making his way to the big doors, he takes his bobby pin and tries lock-picking it but as soon as he leans toward the door he sees it's already open! Wanting to take all the credit to himself, Cory rise up to face in the direction of his friends but as he looks a bit up he sees a BIG BOMB COMING RIGHT DOWN AT HIM!

Yes, Taylor were right, the explosion is bigger than it needed to be... And Cory is just lying there now waiting for his friends to help him out coz if not he is probably dead... The door is open tho! But all the credit went to the littlest green boy of the group as no one really knew the door was already open and the one who found it out is lying, incapacitated, on the floor.
