Back on the mic is Andrew Hrabe, a returning guest who always brings sharp insights and energy to the conversation. This time, he’s joined by Michael Horecki, a hometown Eau Claire native whose career has taken him far and wide before bringing him back to the Chippewa Valley.
Michael cut his teeth on political campaigns across the Midwest, a path that eventually led him to Washington, D.C., where he worked on major national marketing efforts—including the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier program and the F-35 fighter jet program. He then spent seven years in Madison blending politics with traditional marketing, partnering with some of Wisconsin’s largest companies to sharpen their messaging and reach. Just over a year ago, Michael returned to Eau Claire to launch his own firm, Confluence Communications, where he’s now channeling that experience into helping businesses grow.
