Rating - 8/10 - love me some Donna. She honestly just makes me happy when she's on my screen. I'm glad she kicked ass again in this ep but sad times when it comes to Doug. Relationships seem doomed to fail on this show. I did like that ending scene, it felt powerful & raw. The music gets me every time! The creepy human-esque MOTW was intersting to watch & love the twists! I always find the more human villains more freaky. Bring on the next one :)

I love Donna with a passion and so this episode was creepy as hell, I love the focus on her. I always find the episodes where the humans are the bad guys, much more scary and horrifying than the monster ones. Doug was such a beautiful man in this. Saying he was t wanting to be in this life but ensuring to tell Donna he loved her and that she was a hero before left. Big respect to him. Sam losing hope is heartbreaking as he is usually the more positive and hopeful of the two. Our boys are strong though. They can overcome anything together.

2021-03-31 09:08:06 +0000 UTCSam's hope was grounded in the belief that Jack would get them back to that miserable alternate universe where Mary was. But Jack is lost now and Sam's hope along with it and since he and Dean have experienced being in yet another alternate universe my guess is he's not certain that Jack even landed in the same apocalyptic world that Mary did. It tears me apart to see him this shattered. From the end of season 12 to... I won't tell you how long, lol, this is a rough ride. I also see all the years of hunting wearing on both Sam and Dean. It warms my heart to see in various episodes, how damn much they value their small circle of friends and can be themselves when they are around them. Poor Doug didn't fit in that sadly exclusive 'club' and in my mind I see Jody and her little family embracing Donna tight and helping her move on to the next step in her future. Can we talk about how horrifying this premise was? Monsters drooling over the idea of buying a body part of the greatly feared and hated Sam Winchester? The idea is so bone chilling and the fact that there are so many more monsters out there that pass for humans makes my brain hurt. Probably something else that Sam will dwell on in his darker moments and feel such despair over the tiny number of people they save and monsters they eliminate compared to the enormous amount of them that exist . I know I would. I hate that I am burning through both your reactions so quickly today and next Monday already feels like a lifetime away😩 Thank you for the happiness you have brought me reacting to a series that really is like my life blood. You and your family take care in these uncertain times.
