There is no chemistry between Chloe and Pierce, as he is only her second choice. Just remeber the crucial moment at the end of Episode 18, when she asked Lucifer to stay for a coffee. When he sid no, Chloe realized that she will not have the relationship with him she wants to have, and that's why she decided to try it with Pierce. But she doesn't really love him, so there is still hope

2021-04-25 17:58:43 +0000 UTCPierce/Cain good or bad? I think we are beginning to find out- the plot thickens. At this moment, I am thinking poor Maze, don't fall into his clutches. I am thinking poor Luci (I wish someone could help you- go talk to Linda!) and poor Chloe, for where is this going to lead you? I loved your emotional response to Chloe talking to Maze and her surprise when Maze said that she was the reason he won't take her home...what a tangled web they are all weaving for each other. I loved loved loved Charlotte's response to the truth but I do love her character so much and enjoy her developing story arc. I agree definitely no real chemistry between Chloe and Pierce. I honestly believed at this point in the story, she was only allowing herself to go into this relationship because she knew she couldn't wait forever for a man who isn't making the moves, who confuses and frustrates her and has hurt her before and in her eyes is never going to make any real commitment to her. His looks, their looks at each other as you noticed tell a different story altogether so It was also at this point in the story, despite my loving all the angst and emotional confusions that I wanted to shake Luci until his teeth rattled and yell at him- JUST TELL HER HOW YOU FEEL! LOL
