Supernatural Reaction 12x06

Rating - 8.5/10 - I bet you guys think this rating is a little high but I just really enjoyed this episode. I love me some Jody Mills & I loved the emotion in this one as well! I feared for my life (well Jody's life) watching this episode - I WOULD HAVE SOBBED if they killed Jody off! Thank the sweet chuck that didn't happen! Seeing Mary back in an episode made me smile as well, I just want everyone to be happy guys!!

Thanks everyone for watching as always & I hope to see you for the next one guys!

Much love

Dakara x

Love this episode! FUN FACT: Kim Rhoades and Sam Smith have been friends for years and years and this was their first chance to work together.

I adore this episode and it is my second favourite of the season. You know I am all about the emotion and family concept and this episode was chock full of it. From Mary and the boys, to Jody and the boys, to Jody and Mary. It was all just utterly brilliant and had me welling up half a dozen times throughout. Add in the other hunters getting excited about meeting the famous Winchester brothers and meeting some other cool characters (I love the witch twins). Plus lots of Jody which always makes it a brilliant episode for me as I just love and adore her and Donna. This isn’t one of my favourite seasons but I genuinely do like it. It has a lot of great content and some really fascinating concepts and questions for me. I find the character of Mary to be so intriguing. She is a pretty polarising character, but for me, as much as I hate how hurt and vulnerable she makes the boys, I completely understand where she is coming from. To come back to everything different, her boys grown up, the job different, the world different, no one left she remembers (even her boys are essentially strangers to her, despite them being her sons). It would be a horrific situation to be in and I can’t imagine the struggle it would take to try and find your place in this new world.
