Loved your reaction to this (and all the other) episode(s) of Lucifer. Towards the end of this episode has one of my favorite small details in it. When Charlotte wakes up (as Charlotte) one of the first things she does is to reach towards the back of her neck. That is where she was stabbed with a screwdriver that killed her. One of her first reactions is to instinctively check where she was stabbed.

Onward to series 3 which I loved even though some did not due to certain story lines and so many episodes that side stepped the main plots. However, I loved it all...the extra episodes for me filled in back stories, gave us insights and without spoilers helped understand certain characters better. I am really looking forward to what you think about it- can't wait! Also as I can't get enough of the Lucifer universe, 24 episodes + 2 was a sheer delight for me! I hope it will be for you too!
