IMPORTANT: Trouble with viewing videos?

I believe google may have made some changes and people are struggling to view some videos. Please try the following:
- Double check you are signed into google drive! For some reason this is now a must to watch videos (never used to be the case)
- If the problem persists, try signing out, clear your cookies & cache and sign back in and refreshing the browser
- If still having issues, please open Patreon in a different browser. I.e if watching on Safari, try Google Chrome, internet explorer, Firefox etc.
These steps should rectify any playback issues.
The only time you should have problems watching is if I’ve only just added the file to google drive (it takes awhile to process) I will ALWAYS state in the description if this is the case. So that you guys know it’s best to leave it for a few hours. I typically prep my videos 1-2 days before to avoid any processing errors though. On the odd occasion I run late - I’ll always let you guys know.
