Hello everyone!
As many of you know, I have a new series of instructional yoga videos out for all-levels. The course is about the depths and foundations of Virabhadrasana, also known as Warrior Pose. The asana was first documented in yoga by Krishnamacharya, circa 1940's in South India. This was the origin of a lineage that continues in many variations today. The practice traditions known as Iyengar, Ashtanga and Vinyasa are all from this lineage and Virabhadrasana is a primary posture.
The Warrior strengthens and conditions the standing muscles. It tones the legs and joints. More deeply, practicing Warrior can strengthen the sense of self helping it revitalize, regenerate, and repair after an injury. Practicing Warrior also relaxes and tones the vital systems.
The Yoga Guide to Warrior series is to inspire you to take a step and at least 5 minutes a day to stand in a yoga practice. You can see the videos on Patreon or you can purchase the course, organized with more information. If you're want to look for the videos on Patreon you'll find them all under the $20-50 tiers.
Thanks everyone!
