In this routine I'm targeting core upper body muscles to condition the body for a strong yoga practice. I've been busy getting ready for my comprehensive yoga course which I plan to have ready within the next 4 weeks!

I'm trying to share more, while also building a course, so videos like THIS are kind of pieces to the larger vision... so I pull them back in and polish with a voiceover for the masterpiece. I hope they are still helpful and enjoyable, but as always, I value your feedback!
