Happy Monday, Patrons! This week I am starting out with a hip opening yoga flow.
Notes: My legs are not going behind my head quite yet... but rather than trying to do too much too fast, I'm paying attention to where I feel extra tension, limitation, and imbalance. In the latest YouTube, Yoga Rehab, I noticed my left medial hamstrings trembling from fatigue... and here again my left hip and leg are less eager to stretch and stabilize.
Which of these postures are challenging for you? It is safe to say that my quads and triceps also need more attention!
I started a new combination of exercises for Yoga Rehab this week -- focusing on Psoas and Glutes. Keep an eye out for those soon!
