Aerial Silks in Yoga Demo w/ Music... and a Dress
Added 2023-08-06 23:44:44 +0000 UTCI made this video a week or so ago, when I was still polishing up my editing and camera settings. It was a good practice in yoga and behind the computer.
I know most people probably might not have an aerial fitness area at home but, can you imagine? The effect the aerial silks have, as they drape across the shoulders and wrapped around the upper arms, is security and weightlessness from the center between the shoulder blades.
