Aerial Yoga -- Legs Day w/ Inverted Traction, Backbends, and Cool Down

Happy Wednesday Patrons! 

My legs, back and upper body are feeling amazing after the aerial yoga I did yesterday. 

This video is a compilation of my practice, edited down to 15+ minutes.

Eventually, I will make a voiceover going over the very basics of hanging aerial silks at the right height for your body, and taking steps to trust them with the full weight of your body.

But for now, just getting back into the swing of making videos... and making moves :)

It's nice to feel how responsive the tone of the body is to even the simplest full body resistance moves.

Even if you don't have aerial silks, I hope you gain some insight and inspiration and have fun with an action packed practice.
