First Access // Flashback! Morning Yoga in the Mountains

I am sharing a special "throwback" video from my first yoga video series this week. I was a bit under the weather last week, so I'm taking this week to recuperate.
Hopefully will be back in action by the end of this week!
I hope you enjoy this Morning! Yoga in the mountains :) It is only 720p... so definitely not up to my current standards, but hey... I hiked up a mountain at sunrise to film this three years ago so that counts for something ;)
This video takes Warrior Vinyasa to a new level of yoga, with a healthy dose of standing balance poses that lead into Bird of Paradise. I never know if I'm going to make it through the full Bird of Paradise without falling out... and I remember feeling so nervous and hopeful while filming this. And I made it without falling! Good times :)
