My immersion into Shoulderstand video is not quite ready... because in addition to upgrading my video quality to recording in 4k, I am also upgrading my audio (and I need fresh batteries before it will work to make the voiceover!) So I decided to whip up a 20min version of Restore Your Energy.
This 20min video skips over 7 of the 12 yoga poses (including Shoulderstand) and focuses on shoulderstand preparation with a well-rounded selection of poses.
This is a great routine for morning or evening, but you can definitely consider it for after-work or before-bed because of the decompression and relaxation these poses induce.
