This video is an "oldie but goodie" that I just edited and spruced up. The practice takes a refreshing shift from Creative Twists and Deep Breathing into High Crescent Lunge into High Twist, with a focus on hip/foot technique to provide a stable and energizing experience in the position.
There is also a nice progression into relaxation at the end!
