I'm playing with a new style of video editing in this video, and will be continuing to use these creative tools to enhance my videos and content. I hope you like it. Thank you for your continued support as I develop my skills and techniques with videos!!! I'm inspired like never before.
In this video, I'm using no props! We begin seated with the breath. To be upright and relaxed while breathing deeply requires structural support. It corresponds with an alertness throughout body and mind. If you're feeling lethargic, bloated, or ill I recommend referring to the previous two videos in December-- Nourish Yoga.
Practice Tips:
1. settle into each posture and then focus on 3 deep breaths before transitioning
2. option to modify sequence three into half plank (with knees to ground) and cobra
3. rest if you become short of breath
