Hey everyone~ thank you for your pledges this month!
I've got a new series to share with you that I'm pretty excited about. I originally was thinking that this would be a 7-day series but I realized that it makes more sense for everyone if I lengthen the timespan, so instead of releasing new videos everyday, I'm going to space it out a bit more.
Here is Lesson One! It consists of a Yoga Warm Up (new release) and a review of Vinyasa Basics (released June 2020). At the bottom of the page you will find 2 more videos for Rest and Relaxation, which is very important in yoga :)
I designed the web page and the thumbnail images, and am pretty happy with how it looks! It's always a work in progress, so I plan to write some blogs about the effects and benefits of each video.
As always, if you have questions about the videos please feel free to send me a message.
Also, I realized that I can give all of my patrons access to private patron-only pages at Yoga Current, so once I set that up you will have your own username/password to log-in to the site. I am hoping this will make it easier (and more fun) for you to access the videos.
That will be an addition, and of course completely optional (and no extra commitment/cost) for you. I'll send out messages to everyone individually to set up the log-in info.
