Yoga Video Journal - Warrior Poses - Lesson Two

Hello Patrons!

Thanks for your June pledges! The date for filming new content is rapidly approaching and I'm excited to have brand new content for you to follow along for a personal yoga practice. My vision is to record a series of classes and tutorials as well as host LIVE yoga classes in my new studio space.

A couple of weeks ago, I didn't know where my new studio space would be. Now, I have a perfect space with a cozy vibe and clean look and I can't wait to start offering live classes and sharing my home practice with you.

You might have noticed that Warrior One Alignment practice uses a block and a strap. I recommend getting 2 blocks and one 8in strap for a basic yoga prop "starter kit." A round or standard bolster is also recommended but you can get away with stacking pillows/cushions if you don't want to splurge on a yoga bolster.
