Hey, how's it going everyone. Is anyone else having trouble concentrating for long periods of time? I am! So much is happening. I hope that these videos will help to get grounded, clear your head, and feel good. Taking time to stretch your legs and activate your breath and body is crucial, and I'm excited about the new lesson plan.

Follow along with Video One to juice up your muscles and joints with an alignment practice. I know, the word "alignment" sounds so dry. How could it be juicy?! In my experience the juiciness comes from the amount of time breathing and focusing in one single pose. It takes a while to develop the flow of concentration through the body but once the alignment is sustainable, then it gets juicy!
