This is a strong and stretchy yoga flow. It begins with a Lunging Warmup from Downward Dog to Hovering Plank with the knee tucking under the body. Once in the Warrior Lunge, there's a lot of anchoring support from my back foot and base support in my front hip, in order to maintain balance for the side body.
