This video was filmed in the house I rented during Winter 2012.
I'm working on compiling the very FIRST yoga videos I made, which were near the beaches in Costa Rica in 2012. This year ~ riding the "waves of life" ~ my pursuit to return to my first LOVE ~ the ocean ~ has emerged once again, redirecting my course and sharpening my focus to live my best self.
