Here is one of my never-before-seen (to my knowledge) yoga videos from my time living in Costa Rica.
I'm so close to being ready to go back :) and I'm setting goals too get there so maybe this time next year I'll skip the cold weather and get to do yoga on the beach in my bikini! ;)
