Guided Yoga Warrior Flow with a Quiet Voice (30min Practice)

Practice this yoga asana sequence with me to feel grounded with peaceful courage in your life and body! 

It all begins with hip side-to-side swaying (in your hips) to generate strong lower body support in the beginning Wave (Vinyasa).

Next you will take some time settling into Warrior One.

To complete the standing portion, you will Soar into the balance of Warrior Three (& "Airplane") by first connecting with your somatic root in Tree.

During the session you might notice challenges in your balance, coordination, and sensation during some poses. You can make a mental note (or jot it down) about what those challenges are, and assess how you continue to feel as these sessions continue.
