Hi Patrons! Ready for a new guided yoga session? I'm sharing this 30-minute video with you NOW because I want you to have a video to practice while I am getting the new June content ready to post.
This flexibility routine will help tremendously when we embark into the SUMMER YOGA BACKBEND SERIES, which I am currently editing and making voiceovers for. So far, my new practice for June consists of 2 sessions (one practice for the morning and one for the afternoon). These practice sessions gravitate into my favorite postures (Peacock Feather Pose, Half Moon Balance, and Warrior Three) while pressing new boundaries into core activated backbends.
