20min Guided Session | Standing Balance, Handstand, Warrior Flow

Get in shape and tone up your posture with me! In this practice, I guide your though Wave Vinyasa, Balance Series, Handstands, Backbend (drop back preparation), Triangle Series, and ...my favorite... Peacock Feather Pose! 

Suggestion:

Take my Breathing cues from the latest Yogini's Habitat video (the one where I'm wearing a "yoga dress") and apply it towards the postural transitions in this class. 

Follow along with the video this week, again and again. I'll be teaching you my favorite ways to kick up into handstand later this week and backbends are on the back-burner for May too! I hope you like it!
