Hey, Namaste ~ It's Violet here doing Down Dogs & me doing Upward Tree (aka Handstand!) + a couple of yummy, hip, opening, standing postures :D
The first 60-seconds is in "real time" of my handstand- with extension. I use a wall to kick up and lean my tail on :) to create tons of strength and buoyancy in my body.
The second 60-seconds is in "high speed" demonstrating the classic duo of Warrior Two & Triangle Pose.
