Ok a few things to note about my headstand practice is:
#1 I'm not using a wall to lean on
#2 I sustain a steady vertical headstand for one minute before moving into leg variations
#3 I take a relaxing Child's Pose after I come down
Headstand will be a great pose to teach in a Patreon tutorial one of these days, but as my FIRST POST for a Reward in the Exclusive Practice Current I am going to teach a standing balance pose... because it helps to be able to stand and balance before you turn upside down on your head and try to balance!
