Seems people still prefer G8F. I did add the 8.1 as a separate preset though.
She has 4 outfits. Testing out a new way to showcase models with mutiple outfits.

The hair has some issues. Somehow, I have no idea how, the arm movement affects the hair. Given that the hair has no weightmap from the arm, I have no idea how that happen... I re-rigged the entire hair from scratch, so that should not happen this time.

Yeah, that seems to be the consensus. It's not too hard to make a G8.1F version, about extra 30min, so I might just do both version going forward.

2021-01-25 05:47:16 +0000 UTCThe thing is, all morphs and such for G8 work fine with G8.1. However, anything made for 8.1 *doesn’t* work in 8. There’s not a ton of difference, however a lot of expression poses for 8 don’t work with 8.1, as one example. So as long as you’re only making morphs and not using the new 8.1 shaders, staying on base 8 gives us the most flexibility in using the morphs.

2021-01-25 05:34:32 +0000 UTCI thought so too, since it happened when I delayed moving from G2 to G3, I delayed so long that not long after I finally made the move to G3, G8 came out, and I have to redo everything again.
