Sakura (adult) is barefoot and sitting with her legs crossed, the right leg over the left one. Her right foot is therefore floating in the air. Himawari is lying naked on her back at her feet. Sakuras left foot is on Himawaris face, which is turned sideways to the camera. Himawari got bruises and red marks all over her body, her mistress has tortured her. Naruto (adult) is also there, next to his daughter. He is kissing the top of Sakuras right foot, which is floating in air above Himawaris body. Naruto is in a half kneeling position, while one hand is on the floor holding him up the over one is holding his big erected penis, which is also directed right at Himawari. (Similar to the pose from "Bully 4")
Sakura is looking mighty and really having fun with the scene at "feet". Himawari is desperately crying, because of the pain, that fact her father is kissing the feet of someone who is doing all this to his daughter and wife and even jerking off to that. Naruto is more than happy, his tongue is all loose, like a dog. And Himawari is forced to finger herself.

I aged up Himawari, otherwise I think I will be lynched by everyone here. Also, it's kinda hard to show tongue when the dude is kissing feet.

Not needed. Tsunade is out already, and you can load her shoes with Sakura. Her curves are just hips at 40% and chest at 20%, adjustable to your liking.
