Sakura (adult) beats Tsunade in an arm wrestling match, easily, while Hinata (adult), Sakuras slave, is naked on her knees to Sakuras left. Hinata also has a dog leash on, which Sakura is holding in her left hand, and is licking the feet of her Goddess. Sakura has her legs crossed. The arm wrestling match just finished. The back of Tsunades hand hits the table and Sakuras hand is on top. On the table, to the left of Sakura, there is another dog leash, which is destined to be around Tsunades neck. On Tsuandes left side of the table the Hokages hat is lying there, which is destined to crown Sakuras head. Sakura laughs and Tsunade is desperate. The perspective should be (a side view) from the left. So Tsunade will be on the left of the table and Sakura on the right and the right hands of both show to the "camera". Hinata is kneeling to the feet of Sakura and licking them. But both faces (Sakura and Tsunade), especially Sakuras expression, should be (nearly) completely visible.

Unable to get the Hokage hat to behave for this shot. Sorry.

Also, it's only after the render that I realize that the collar on Hinata's neck isn't that visible.
