While the armor and weapons are from the Heroes of the Storm game, the face is not used due to the low poly. Instead, I tried out the Face Transfer for Daz, and thanks to a new add-on, it solved my dealbreaker issue of flat lips, and the results are pretty good.
Leave it to other people to solve their engine's problems. In a way, this reminds me of the Fallout and Elder Scroll games, where the modders do free labor to fix the game engine bugs.
