Hinata, Ino, and Sakura, all nude with their arms chained behind them, surrounded by monsters, bats, spiders and the like. They can all be standing, or one or two kneeling with the other(s) standing behind them to give it some depth.

Nothing really much to say about this one. Don't have a lot of Halloween props, but I threw what I could into this.
