upload problems

She's an OC of a dear friend who recently joined Pixiv.
I'm sorry for the delay, but since my other PC died, I'm experiencing delays on many issues.
Anyway, I'll let you know about the issue. Angelica is already ready, but Mega on the phone won't let me upload it.
