Digital Chrome - Camdyn Reid References
Added 2023-08-26 19:00:02 +0000 UTCAs we near the end of this batch of character references, I wanted to switch things up by swapping over to Digital Chrome, the dark cyberpunk story concept I mentioned in June. For those who may not remember, Digital Chrome is essentially Blade Runner meets Se7en, where our main character, rookie cop Sable Kingston, is drawn into a conspiracy of corruption, body modification, drugs and emergent religions in New Miami.
For this set of references, I wanted to touch on/introduce Camdyn Reid, a resident and student of New Miami who moonlights as a drug dealer pushing the new drug Red. Camdyn was born in Scotland before immigrating to the Americas a few years prior to Digital Chrome's main storyline. With that knowledge, I'm approaching Camdyn's character differently by applying a Scottish dialect to her speech.
