"The Box" is content complete!
Added 2022-10-12 12:26:35 +0000 UTCI am immensely proud of how this one turned out. Knowing what I was aiming for, everything from narrative to pacing just worked.
I knew what I had in mind for this first of two Halloween-themed one-offs, but definitely didn't expect it to clock in at over six thousand words and twenty pages. It holds some Barker-esque inspirations (hence the name) and body horror (which I think works rather well for FMG stories)
In the interest of being transparent: as The Box is themed content, I actually plan on posting the story on my Deviantart as well, with a simultaneous release tonight. With that in mind, please be sure to only pledge for this particular release as a means of supporting the continued release of content.
As mentioned, The Box is the first of two horror one-offs. At the moment I haven't decided what to follow it up with, but I'm sure it'll be something to look forward to if I say so myself. Of course, I'll be sure to let you what the situation is, in due time.
