What should the final content update for October be?

I've come to a fork in the road regarding the final piece of content for this month. Given that, I thought the best approach would be to let you vote.

A Frankenstein, building themselves a fitter girlfriend, where the lightning makes them super swole? A weremusclewoman? A ghost who possesses others and makes them silly huge? A PUMPkin creature of some sort? People hiding crazy growth drugs in the candy? Someone taking PUMPkin spice WAY too far? I'd love to hear some more details on what the one-off might entail.
