Like Diary Format stories?

To add some clarification: the stories would be presented in diary/journal like entries (potentially info dumps) with dialogue obviously interspersed throughout. However, the dialogue would most likely be from supporting characters, not the lead. Anything the lead character does say would most likely be alluded to or explained.
An example would be: I told him I didn't want to do it.
Instead of: "I don't want to do it," she said.
A potential future series I hope to work on that will be presented in this fashion might be The Nun's Guns - depends if it works better as a standalone or part of the Big Society series.
