An all-powerful being ,eh? I like the idea, but do prefer to a layer of realism to the stuff I write. I know that might seem either biased or hypocritical with that, but we'll see how things could go in the future. That said, the series "Project Artemis" was going to deal with that kind of thing. Like, the female lead was eventually going to end up being able to anything she could think of.

Don't get me wrong, I like height growth and understand why other people do too (it's a reflection of power and such, right?) but you would probably never see me go as far as to introduce pure GTS content with the stories I write. I'd probably go up to ten feet, and no more. I feel certain activities still have to be possible, if you know what i mean.
