Yup - those are limiters she is constantly trying to flex out of! Her father (the Hell Baron Asmodeus) put those on her after her first failed attempt at taking over his section of Hell. Heh, he didn't want her flexing through multiple circles of hell again..... The seals on her breasts and butt aren't much more than sugar tattoos that dull her constant arousal - she figures it makes her more functional on the daily and the act of licking them off would be fun for everyone involved....
