Sympathetic wetting

We're writing 2 versions of it. Perspective 1 is the from the person who has the initial accident. Perspective 2 is from the person who wets on purpose out of sympathy.
What kind of scenarios do you think this could happen? Where would you like to experience this? And would you be the one who loses control first or wets on purpose to help them feel better?
