Hello Marc! The situation is very frustrating, but the only solution is to try to get a response from support, I guess
2023-03-23 04:59:47 +0000 UTCI’m posting this on the pages of every Patreon I support. Sorry about that. I hope some creator (or patron) has the clout or ultimate tip to solve my problem. I have tried every troubleshooting tip in the book, as far as I can tell. Roughly a month ago, I stopped getting all mails from the Patreon domain. I can still access my account and settings, no problem. Starting two weeks ago, I have contacted support via the form several times, and once even had an automated reply coming through. I have tried changing my email address to my gmail one, but no verification mails came through to that one either. I have since subscribed to yet another Patreon, nothing came through. Now, I could manually check my feed a few times a day, which I now do religiously, but what about direct messages from creators, payment messages etc. In short, I’m completely stumped and frustrated. Thanks for any help or advice (outside the regular check Spam, Provider, contact support etc)
