Should each chapter be printed??

Then whatever you decide, I'm here for!! Def plan to buy at least the full version, and if the individual chapters will be available then probably those as well. (Also, as someone who usually struggles with international shipping, the shipping for Ease Off was extremely affordable, so I don't see it being much of a problem!)

Hello hi thanks for being here!!!! 💜💜I think, since I’ll be assembling PDFs anyway for digital download AND will be assembling them knowing that it’ll be printed in the long run, I’ll already be more than halfway to having files ready for putting up each chapter for pront. I knew y’all are at out there!! I think if I weren’t assembling PDFs at all for download and was just leaving everything until the end, it would make sense to ignore print in the meantime. But I will be doing this so 👀💭 thank u for ur thoughts, I only just realized this now

Hi, new patreon so just saw this! If the shipping costs are going to be similar to Ease Off, I'd be interested in buying copies of each chapter if you make them. I love love love having print copies of things (and have also previously bought separate chapters of things that were to be bound together later). However, seeing previous comments, if this will cause too much extra work then do what you think is best for you!!

I DELETED MY PREVIOUS COMMENTS BECAUSE I HADN'T READ THRU THE WHOLE THING. if the integal is printed on nicer material (ARE WE DOING GOLD FOIL?????) i'll definitely go with that :') as others have mentioned the shipping costs make buying single chapters kinda pricey buttttt if the pdf versions have lil extras and author notes that could be cool???? idk. go with whatever's easier for you!!!! i just want your comics on my bookshelf in whatever format it may come in. (GOLD FOIL????? –throws money in the air– GIVE ME THE DELUXE PORN)

And I guess you've seen all my struggles printing lately so thank goodness you remember at least 😅 thank you alu, this is very very good reasoning

At the very least the chapters themselves will be available for free digitally as usual, everywhere else! But that's a good compromise, PDFs will have to be assembled in the same program that I'll be assembling the final print version. Maybe by the time I reach PDF form, taking it the final step for print won't be a problem if I don't slave over it too much. also good thoughts, thank you cryo!!!

hello bumb long time no see. and same, i feel like a print version of each chapter would be appealing to people who REALLY want to see it in print NOW, but especially if it'll be available to read on like 5 different platforms for free, perhaps print doesn't make much sense laksjdf ty bumb

After thinking about it for a while, i voted "No", because: It's true having a regular release is an interesting idea, but with your current means, it's actually a lot of additional work on your plate. Discounting the shipping fee (that would become huge for people to handle in the end), like you said you would have to rework stuff + having to deal with potential printing issues, checks and all... It's likely going to add more stress on your shoulders as well. Everyone else said it already, but since you're planning to print the whole book at the end, it's not a problem, plus we can still read chapters online in the meantime! Your project is already quite big, so save yourself some effort, take care 💕💕

I like the idea of being able to read sooner but I also don't want to make extra work for you! Maybe a pdf version of the chapters and a final print version at the end?

hello it's me again, bumb 😌💕. personally AS MUCH AS I LOVE PHYSICAL COPIES OF V SPECIAL THINGS, I am a 2 marshmallow woman and I am only really interested in a final book with all of the chapters. I'll pay LITERALLY WHATEVER FOR IT but having the individual chapters on my shelf wouldn't be nearly as satisfying as just the complete book, and it would feel redundant, especially when I'm paying international shipping every time I order something. Like, I would love pdfs of the chapters from gumroad in the meantime leading up to the release of the full book? and I would v happily pay for that for each chapter, but I really just want the One Book To Rule Them All

Ooh yes also a good point!! I live in a small space so I also lean towards things that take up less space/aren't redundant, if I buy anything at all for the convenience, like you said. I think I'm always worried about some external force putting me on indefinite hiatus/forcing me to not finish the project, so until we actually reach the end, I've been treating that approximate end date as NOT definite. I know that's v unlikely, and if I'm setting UP the final book for print as I go, if ever I do need/decide to print what exists, then that will have been done already. Thank you, this is good to think about!!

Yah, the shipping isn't horrible for one order, but that x5 as well... Oftentimes it ends up being a fraction of the book price itself, but this is also because I try to keep the book price as low as possible.

I think the individual chapters would have made more sense if we didn’t already have an estimation of how long it would take to finish the whole thing. Like with manga, I’d prefer to wait until a box set comes out, but if I can’t really anticipate when it will end then I’d get the single books. For me it’s less to do with cost and more to do with convenience.

I wonder if you could sell a formatted-for-print version on Gumroad? For people who would want to support this but not necessarily the shipping costs?

My only hangup would be my own personal dislike of wanting to repeatedly pay shipping. I would love all those mini volumes! But if the shipping was too much I think I'd just be more inclined to wait for the full book.

OK YES also a good point!!! that would be salt in the wound of pushing out a full novel of porno comic and then having to package it up after omg. and getting each chapter set up doesn't necessarily mean they have to be printed, either I think I would be on the same boat as you, if I were to choose a printed copy to have. hmm very good food for thought, thank you

It might be a great idea for you to get it ready for print so it's not a huge hassle at the end when you may be tired 😊 I would personally prefer to have 1 (perhaps more expensive) single physical book with all chapters and read the separate chapters online as you finish them.
