The story behind Beach Days

I initially met Nathan back in 2013. We were both part of two different groups of Sydney gays going too Burning Man that year and we were all having semi regular catch ups to talk logistics.

It turned out Nathan was on the gay waterpolo team with a bunch of other people I know so long after Burning Man had come and gone Nathan and I would be at the same events. We are also now part of the same group of mates that are quite regularly naked at the beach, at each other's houses or camping.

One day I floated the idea to Nathan that we spend the day down at Werrong nude beach south of Sydney and do a shoot while we were there. He was up for it and that's exactly what we did. Thankfully it wasn't a busy day down there and we didn't have to work around too many people.

Nathan has always been a very popular model of mine. This shoot was before downloads were being released but I put the more modest shots on Instagram back in 2015. I have shot Nathan two other times as well. Fingers crossed there will be more to come.
