Added 2022-04-21 22:42:27 +0000 UTCSo far I have only been lucky enough to photograph one trans man for my own photography. Several years ago I photographed 100 nude LGBTIQ people but that was not my project.
All these gorgeous men in the images above are trans men and you cannot tell me they aren't all sexy as hell.
It definitely feels like I need to make it more of a priority to find more trans men to photograph. If I think a man will photograph well and he is comfortable doing a shoot then I'm open to a wide range of models. Since I don't demand full frontal on my shoots then it really doesn't matter at all what's between their legs. That applies to daily life as well as photo shoots.
Trans visibility and the conversation around gender identity has come such a long way in the past few years, even though it has a long way to go, but the arts are always at the forefront of social discussion so let's jump on board.
