The ultimate Wishlist
Added 2021-05-04 09:50:43 +0000 UTCPhotographing celebrities is a bit of a pipe dream of mine. I thought I had posted about one of my celebrity wish-list subjects on here but I can't find the post. The ultimate celebrity photo shoot would be Kylie Minogue. In my love for her I am a very cliched gay man. From the age of 13, long before I knew I was gay, I have loved her music and admired her as a person so to photograph her would be an absolute dream.
Over the years she's proven that she's not adverse to taking creative risks in photo shoots, using unknown photographers, fairly unexpected concepts and dramatically different looks.
How on earth would I photograph her? I have some ideas but those are staying closely guarded secrets until the day the dream becomes a reality. The terrifying prospect is getting to work with a huge celebrity and totally botching the shoot. How bloody mortifying would that be?
To be fair, I have no idea how to even get my foot in the door to that world anyway. It's a lovely dream though.
