Not just for the sake of it

For a very long time it was nearly impossible to find models willing to pose full frontal. People were worried about how it would be perceived and how it might affect their work. These days nearly everyone has sent nudes to people and with the rise of OnlyFans, it's far from the problem it used to be.

Now, I know the more a model shows the more attention a download or a series gets and if it goes into a more erotic or adult world, then it sells even more. However there is a danger of doing it just for the sake of it and to drive sales rather than doing it creatively. There are shoots I've done where it was a bit "just because I can" rather than for a creative execution but  I generally do strive to keep things a little classy.

What I do like is that it's not just the guys with big ones that are happy to show them off. Sure, we all like those guys but there is absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in having a regular size piece of equipment.

There is a beauty to the male form and a friend of mine says he gets frustrated with some shoots (not just mine) when a model is being too modest and it feels very contrived to keep them covered. Obviously models all have different modesty levels but there are times when I'm doing a shoot and I know a shot would look much more natural if the model wasn't covering themselves.

Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it Not just for the sake of it

I agree with your friend. It's way more natural to not cover things up unless it's part of the theme of the photo.
