Painting Nathan

This was at an event about 6-7 years ago where I recreated (and evolved) some body painting I did on him. I had done very similar body paint on him for my third solo exhibition, TRIBE which I launched online in 2015. I was asked if I wanted to do a live body painting session in the window of a gallery in Sydney as part of a group exhibition a few months later.
Nathan is such a good sport and obviously looks sensational so he was happy to get down to a jock strap and stand in the window while I painted him. We certainly got a lot of looks as people were walking past on their way home from work. It's not often you're confronted by a beautiful, ripped, nearly nude man covered in body paint in your daily life.
