David in the Studio
Added 2020-06-24 09:18:13 +0000 UTCWorking with a model like David is pretty simple. He is so classically handsome and built like some kind of god so there are just no bad angles at all. Chiseled jaw, pouty lips, beautiful eyes, abs galore and thighs for days, he has it all. For some reason I thought I'd put him in a tube of fabric. David will give anything a try and he made the tube of fabric look fantastic.
As you can see in this video, we tried a few different setups in this shoot and David looked fantastic in all of them whether it was against a dark backdrop or backlit through a diffusing screen as well as inside the fabric that clung to his incredible physique.
This was a simple lighting setup once again, using one large diffused light for all the different looks. It was a bit of a risk with the fabric because you just never know how different fabrics will react to flash lighting. Thankfully the light did penetrate the fabric to show David in all his glory.
